The visionary behind Asbestos Busters, embodies a journey of transformation and empowerment. Initially aspiring to be a teacher, Paul shifted gears to create a company dedicated to making a difference. He founded this company with a commitment to donate 50% of profits to youth outreach. Today, the company offers a range of services, all driven by Paul's mission to provide opportunities and mentorship to young individuals.

Andrea oversees HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and Accounting at Asbestos Busters. Originally from Slovakia, she moved to Coquitlam, BC, to pursue a career that started in Office Administration and HR. Beginning in the gaming industry, Andrea honed her HR skills at Propaganda Games in Vancouver. In 2010, she and her husband welcomed twin daughters, inspiring her to join him in running their family business.

Juan Pablo (JP for short) oversees the daily business operations at Asbestos Busters by ensuring project timelines are on track. His other responsibilities include collecting asbestos or lead samples, writing hazardous materials reports, and providing project estimates. JP brings a determined mindset to the company, believing that anything is possible and motivating those around him. Originally from Mexico, JP made the move to Canada in 2020 with his wife and twin sons. Though the initial culture shock was overwhelming, he grew up with the idea that nothing in life is free, and if you want something you need to fight for it.

Latina is an indispensable asset within Asbestos Busters, fulfilling the pivotal role of the primary point of contact for our valued clients and dedicated team members. Her responsibilities include a variety of tasks, ranging from promptly addressing client inquiries and coordinating job schedules, to overseeing the logistics of our Asbestos Safety courses. Her overall focus is ensuring the seamless flow of our daily operations. Originally from Jamaica, Latina made the strategic decision to relocate to Canada with her family to pursue her studies in Vancouver as part of her professional journey, and recently attained her MBA.
